INHALTE
Der Fokus der Ausbildung liegt auf der Behandlung von Rücken, Schulter, Nacken und Extremitäten durch verschiedene Griffe und Faszientools und beinhaltet alle Grundlagen der Interdisciplinary Fascia Therapy®. Die Teilnehmer erlernen darüber hinaus Methoden zur Selbsthilfe bei sich und beim Patienten anzuwenden.
Es werden evidenzbasierte Griffe und Studien miteinander kombiniert unterrichtet, sodass eine praktische Umsetzung von wissenschaftlichen Know-How und Fakten erlebbar und erlernbar gemacht wird. Diese Fortbildung gibt außerdem viel Raum für eigene Fragestellungen in der direkten Umsetzung im Alltag. Erfahrungen werden besprochen, Kenntnisse vertieft und direkt gegenseitig am ganzen Körper geübt.
Neben der traditionellen manuellen Therapie ist eine neue instrumentgestützte Methode, die evidenzbasiert ist, Bestandteil der Ausbildung. Verklebtes und verhärtetes Fasziengewebe kann durch abwechselnde Druck- und Zugbelastungen wieder an Geschmeidigkeit und Elastizität gewinnen. Mittels des Fascia-ReleaZer® als Selbsthilfe-Instrument und weiteren Tools werden diese Rezeptoren im Gewebe positiv stimuliert. Dies erhöht und beschleunigt die Regenerationsfähigkeit des Gewebes.

TOPICS:
The focus of the training is on the treatment of the back, shoulders, neck and extremities with different techniques and fascia tools and includes all basics of interdisciplinary fascia therapy. In addition, the participants learn to apply methods for self-help on themselves and on the patient.
Evidence-based techniques and studies are taught in combination, so that a practical implementation of scientific know-how and facts can be experienced and learned. This training also gives a lot of room for one's own questions regarding their direct implementation in everyday life. Experiences are discussed, knowledge is deepened and practiced directly on the whole body.
In addition to traditional manual therapy, a new instrument-based method based on evidence is part of the training. Clotted and hardened fascial tissue can regain suppleness and elasticity through alternating compressive and tensile loads. Using the Fascia-ReleaZer® as a self-help instrument and other tools, these receptors in the tissue are positively stimulated. This increases and accelerates the regeneration ability of the tissue.
